Plans

The Executive Committee may establish a Panel of the Board to review other activities such as plans.

Plans are defined under the Act as “plans, proposals, policies and programs” that are being originated by the federal government, the Yukon government, Yukon First Nations or municipalities.

Examples include wildlife or forest management plans, resource development policies or management programs, but the definition is intentionally broad to include many other initiatives as well.
