The Executive Committee has released a new Recommendation and Report for the proposed Mactung Mine Project on June 25, 2014. The Executive Committee has reconsidered its initial recommendation and provided a new Recommendation and Report that addresses specific issues around waste rock storage and explicitly outlines the consideration of comments from affected First Nations.

The Executive Committee has recommended that the Project be allowed to proceed without a review, subject to 86 specified terms and conditions outlined within the Report.  To view the Report visit the YESAB Online Registry and search Project 2008-0304.
