YESAB held an internal workshop recently on a wide range of topics to continue to develop YESAB’s socio-economic assessment practice. The workshop was held in Whitehorse and was attended by staff and Board members.  Participants discussed current and emerging issues in socio-economic assessment, participated in work group activities and listened to presentations of guest speakers, which included Luigi Zanasi, a local economist, and Ellen Bielawski with the University of Alberta.

The workshop is one of four that YESAB organizes on an annual basis.
