Participation in Executive Committee screenings

Larger projects that are either submitted directly to the Executive Committee or are referred to by a Designated Office move through Executive Committee screenings.

An Executive Committee screening under YESAA includes three mandatory public comment periods:

• Public comment during Pre-submission Engagement:  allows anyone to review the contents of both the Project Proposal Guideline and the Project Proposal Guideline Response and provide comments
• Public comment on the Project Proposal: allows anyone to review the contents of the project proposal and provide comments
• Public review of Draft Screening Report: allows public to review Draft Screening Report and provide comments

How can you comment in an Executive Committee Screening?

After identifying a project of interest, you can submit comments on a project proposal by creating a user profile on the YOR and make your voice count.
