The Executive Committee has started the Adequacy Review of the Kudz Ze Kayah Mine Project screening. The proposed project consists of an open pit and underground copper, zinc, lead, silver and gold mine, located approximately 115 km southwest of Ross River, 24 km south of Finlayson Lake.  The project is expected to be in operation for a minimum of 10 years.  Mining activities include water management infrastructure, a dry-stacked tailings facility for tailings disposal and waste rock storage facilities for tailings and waste rock. Access to the mine site will be by air and by ground via an existing 24 km Tote Road.
