Participate in Designated Office Rules Review

The Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board (YESAB) is revising the rules for evaluations conducted by the Designated Office (DO Rules). These revisions will introduce several changes to the DO evaluation process. We are seeking the input from participants and the public on the proposed changes. There are three opportunities to provide input:

  • The public survey is now closed. The Summary of Results and Process Update Report is here.

  • Submit written comments during the formal Canada Gazette public consultation process. YESAB will notify participants when the Gazette period begins, which is anticipated in late 2025.
